The Certification Business Analysis Programme (CBAP™)

The CBAP™ has been developed by the IIBA™, the international not-for-profit professional association for Business Analysts. A certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is a recognised expert in identifying the business needs of an organisation in order to determine business solutions.

CBAPs are acknowledged as competent individuals performing a role which is increasingly recognised as a vital component of any successful projects. ESI offers Business Analysis courses and Business Analysis Professional certificates which provide all the skills required for the Business Analyst. The programme consisting of 7 different courses, is an excellent way to prepare you to pass the IIBA’s certification exam and to become a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP™).

PgMP ^SM Certification

ESI’s new Programme Management Professional Development Programme provides you with the knowledge you need for programme management success, including a broad range of skills in project management, business and leadership. The Master’s Certificate in Programme Management curriculum, which is designed to be flexible and practical, is vital for anyone performing the duties of a programme manager. These courses support the PMBOK® Guide, the Project Management Institute’s The Standard for Programme Management, as well as other key business skill areas determined to be critical to successful programme management.

It requires participants to pass 7 courses over 4 years. Master's Certificate in IT Project Management Focusing on the unique aspects of IT project management - this certification requires participants to pass 7 courses over 4 years and is an ideal way to prepare for the PMP® Certification from PMI®. Advanced Master's Certificate in Project Management ESI created the Advanced Master's Certificate in Project Management for professionals who have a strong background in the field, yet want to expand their knowledge and skills by focusing on today's higher-level, strategic project management issues. To obtain this certificate, you must successfully complete 5 courses in 4 years. Master's Certificate in Programme Management ESI's new Programme Management Professional Development Programme provides you with the knowledge you need for programme management success, including a broad range of skills in project management, business and leadership.
